Yeah, so I know I haven't been around for quite some time, but it's because I have been having like a bijillion tests in the last few weeks and even more homework that is been due. I don't know what it is about teachers but it seems that they all get together and say, "Ok, how about we all have the exact same due dates, and totally load the kids up! How about it? Sounds fun right?!" 
Uhh, no! I think another reason might be that homecoming is next weekend and that means that during homecoming week nothing gets done, so they wanted to get everything in before it. Ok, fine, but what's wrong with waiting until after homecoming week for some of it?! I don't get it either. I'm super excited for homecoming though! I'm in the running for Queen and Nathan is running for King. It would be so awesome if we both won! 
But if we don't/one of us don't it will still be fun to be on court. This year's theme is: Paris Dreams. 
It was going to be "Night In Paris" but that was to much like Paris Hilton's video, and a lot of the parents (and students as well) didn't want our homecoming theme getting confused with a porn video! 
That is my dress over there! (Click on the image for a larger view) I love it, I found it (dELiA's) and I just had to have it for my senior homecoming, it's my last one so you have to go all out! It wasn't all the expensive either, which was a plus because I still have Formal and Prom to think about. 
I could go on about homecoming/school dances for years, but I did add some new things to the site! I added new programs to the list of great things for you to use. I think some people are getting the wrong impression of this page, so I added an explanation of it. I guess they thought that I was offering these for download (which I'm not) and were yelling at me and saying it was illegal. And, they thought they were all totally free (which I changed a while ago, when I thought about this) and then getting mad at me when it wasn't. But it's all changed and explained now, so chill kids! 
Along with those I made some new Little Comment Boxes. I haven't made anything in so long, so I decided that it was time and made some little guys. Here are some previews;
Rather cute, no? I like how they turned out and there used to be only single colored ones, so I thought that I would add some print ones as well. I really need to start working on my q*bee quilt some more. I've been a neglectful bee lately. 
There is a new contest starting which I want to enter, and I should probably start making a new layout. I've had the same one up for a long time now, since I opened Masquerade. I've almost been in the club, on Oct. 21 it will be a year. 
Click my little bee over there underneath my section on the sidebar to see my quilt! I think I have an idea for a new layout, and should probably get working on it because I'm thinking it's going to take me some time. Simply because it's rather elaborate and I'm not all that good at pixeling and I want it to look amazing! And, I need to start getting more trades. Ahhh I suck at keeping up with things!

So I pretty much suck at life! 
I didn't get any new emoticons, make anything new, or get very many of the pages switched over to my new coding style. I've just been being a lazy kid, man! I had a little bit of homework, but I got that done Friday when I got home from school, so that really can't be an excuse for me. I just left like laying around my house this weekend and doing nothing. Nathan was out of town for football (something with the team, I don't really know) perhaps why I didn't want to do anything? I didn't have anyone to get cute for, so I just didn't at all. Yeah, that's probably it. Instead I just slept all day and hung out with my brothers, who sleep all day too. 
There was a lot of sleeping on the couches, chairs, floor, where we fell. What makes it even better is I'm the only one that really has to get up in the morning, so I was the only one that needed to catch up on sleep. They are just some lazy kids! Love them though 
I don't remember if I ever blogged about it, but my second oldest brother Mike is expecting a baby with his girlfriend, Sam, and it's getting super close to the due date! No, I don't think I did blog about it ever, gah I don't know but I was mad at Mike for a while there and so I pretty much refused to talk about him/to him. Simply because he just up and left and moved across the country and some other good stuff. It's sort of a "had to be there" type thing, to understand it all. 
But anyway back to the baby, they moved back to New York about 3 months ago (good choice, kids) and the baby should be here pretty soon! I'm so excited for the baby to get here, we need a new baby. Jaymie is almost 5, so she really isn't a baby anymore. Although she will forever be my Bug, no matter what. I love that kid, she is my favorite! She's so silly, I went to see her today and when I got there she was watching a movie and so I sat down to watch it with her and she just goes, "This is what Daddy makes me do when he wants me to be quiet. He just makes me watch a movie that I have already seen a bijillion times and then gives me some bribe to stay quiet while he works." 
No "Hi" or anything, just that. Seriously, sometimes you would think she was about 70, just stuck in a little body. After the movie we played Pretty, Pretty Princess, which is our favorite game! Ever played it? It's a good time! Then we got bored so we walked about the block it is back to my house and got all the laundry done (ever done laundry for yourself, plus 3 older boys?) which took about 3 hours in itself. You know what I hate about boys? They leave the their dirty laundry laying on their floor and don't put it in the laundry basket/do anything about it until they have nothing to wear and then you have to wash every single piece of clothing they own. 
Yeah, not so fun! But I do it for them, because the few times they did it on their own; yeah wasn't so good! There was a lot of color changing and stuff shrinking. It was a mess. Oh, another thing I don't like about doing it sometimes is; they leave it sit or the really nasty, dirty, sweaty stuff sits for a while or in their car and then they bring it in and I swear I'm going to throw up! It's so bad, Max does that all the time! But while getting the laundry washed, dried, folded, put in rooms, and mine put away/hung up, we made pizza for dinner and I painted her nails. We usually have a stellar time when we hang out! Blah, it's only 8:30 P.M. Nathan won't be back for about another hour and I'm thinking I'm probably going to be sleeping then. I try to stay awake and I never can! Whenever he is coming back or flying in or anything like that, when it's going to be later, I always fall asleep. But when he is here or he hasn't been gone, I can't fall asleep early. It's a horrible arrangement, and I don't like it at all! Oh yeah, and this morning Matt and I went shopping (I usually drag him with me when I got shopping for someone else) for to look at baby clothes. I love baby clothes and shoes, they are so cute! We don't know if it's going to be a boy or a girl yet, so it's kind of hard to buy things. We found some cute things anyway though. Some for boys, some for girls, and some for both! 
I seriously can't wait for the baby to get here! My dad is really hyped too. He loves babies (well, he did have 6 kids) and so do the rest of the boys. Jaymie wants the baby too, so she can boss someone around. She told me this, but I'm "not allowed to tell, because it's not nice to boss people around. But I (she) still want to!" She's crazy. Ahhh...this is looking like it is already a pretty long blog, so I think I will be done for now. I still need to pick out something to wear for tomorrow, and get everything ready so I don't have to look around for stuff in the morning. Don't you hate that? When you can't find something in the morning and then you're late because you spent an obnoxious time looking for it and still couldn't fine it. Yeah, I don't like that at all, so I do it all the night before. Try it kids, it really works and then you won't have to wake up quite as early!

Woot Woot! Finally got the new layout up! 
Well, it's been up for about a week almost, now. But I've been kind of busy and then forgot to blog about it...or anything. I've finally gotten into the swing of things with school, work, family, etc. so I should have a lot more time to do things on the site! First figuring out why all the sudden I'm getting like 1000+ spam comments. It's really starting to annoy! I don't know what is wrong with it, this has never happened to me before and now all the sudden it is. I've been using this program for about ever and all the sudden it freaks out on me, a loving user! Cutenews; why do you hate me so? 
Ha, whatever I'll get it fixed around or I will just have to find a new blogging system, because there is nothing I hate more than SPPAMMM! And...back to the new layout; I really, really love the pictures of the girl (and they are 100% legal for me to use, another plus), her eye makeup is rather stunning, no? And, of course, her green hoodie has got me going crazy! I want one so bad now!! I am starting to use a different kind of coding too, so there are a few pages that I still need to change and get coded "properly". If you were to check I'm pretty sure the site only has like 9-10 errors and they are only because I have a few things centered. I don't know why they won't let you center things without it being called an error! But it's much, much better than the 200+ errors it used to have before I redid everything! Let me tell you, that book that I found really helped me out! Grr...I think I need to get more emoticons. I don't have a few that I want, so I have to use other ones that I do have and it just doesn't have the same effect. I shall be going emoticon hunting later on in the day! Along with that I promise I will make some new content as well! I've been sort of slacking on that haven't I? "Yes, Megan, you have!" Life wise; school has been going pretty good. I've had my first set of tests in a few of my classes and the way the teacher plans on running the classes seem to be ok. Sometimes I get teachers and I don't like the way they do things, so I switch out. It's quite a hassle so I'm glad I like these teachers. In my spanish class we seriously never get homework. I don't know if it's because we just started or we never are going to get it. Ok, well we do get it sometimes, but only 1 night so far. And to make it even better, the teacher is so cool that I already have learned and can remember what she has taught us so far! Which is a first, believe me. I'm ok at spanish, but I just have hard time remembering it in the long run, short term I'm fine and can remember the stuff long enough to get a good grade on a test, but after that; Forget It! 
But anyway, I'm going to start working on this spam comment thing and see what I can get done with it. Perhaps I should just e-mail to cutenews people and tell them? Yeah, if I don't get an answer as to why it's happening somewhere else that will be the way I go!
